What drives me is...
What drives me is my family and those closest to me. I have a busy everyday life with lots of projects, so it is important to be able to feel safe with my family and loved ones.

I am inspired by...
I am very inspired by great composers. For example, music for great movies really inspires me. However, my biggest inspiration is my son, who gives me the energy to continue doing what I love. My partner and I get the biggest drive from our son and he helps make life completely unique and inspirational.

The hardest thing about being a musician is...
The hardest thing about being a musician is the fact that you can't make a living from it in Greenland. It is very limited how many concerts you can do in our small community. The life of a musician is sometimes really hard on body and soul, and not always healthy. It is really important that you are good at listening to your body and give it room to rest, as the psyche can be challenged sometimes. I put a lot of effort into that.

I feel most comfortable when...
I feel most comfortable when I am at home with my little family. This is where I relax and I enjoy spending my energy on them. My second home is in the studio, and fortunately I also feel very comfortable there. Songwriting, creativity and the magic of making something I think is cool really gives me a boost of confidence.

A good routine for me is...
A good routine for me is to drink a cold glass of water first thing when I get up. Then I drink my coffee and eat eggs and bacon, and drop our son off at preschool. Then the day has started and I can go to work.

Beauty to me is...
Beauty to me is confidence and carefreeness. If you manage that, all the good things follow.
